Well I have searched the forums and I think the MAF/AFM is on its way out. Car struggles to accelerate once above 4000rpm (although will rev freely to the limiter when in neutral).
Couple of questions:
1) Does this indeed sound like the AFM?
2) How easy is it to disconnect to do a test?
3) Recommendations for a place to buy a replacement (£££) and is it easy enough to fit yourself?
4) Oh and one last thing - is the car likely to keep going for another week as I have got a 400mile drive next friday to get it back to blighty!
