If you rotate the tyres (front to back, keep them on the same side of the car) regularly then the difference in wear between the two will be negligible. Tread depth doesn't have a great impact on grip except near the wear limit.
The "weaker tyres at the rear" advice is more pertinent if you have different brands or model of tyre fitted.
Personally I don't rotate the tyres at all.. just replace the fronts when they wear out and replace the rears when they wear out.
Just put the P6000s on the back until you buy new P-Z's., though be prepared for the P-Z's to wear out before the P6000's.. undermining your cunning plan.
