Decent Music in 1997 Spider?

Greetings fellow Alfa owners!

Im looking to replace and upgrade all the speakers in my Spider. thats 2 tweeters, two front door speakers and one centre woofer.

I have replaced these already with Kenwood door speakers and one 8 inch Alpine bass driver in the centre but it sounds woolly and rubbish. I have a reasonable head unit.

now what is the secret to getting good sound in a Spider? I wanna proper Sub, some good Amplification and tight sound!

any help?

Agreed, I have the TS but still sounds best with the radio off on a country road at 6500 revs
