I found them OK, but not overly friendly. I had a recommend from someone else and I knew what I wanted. My initial contact was via email, so I could get everything down and didn't forget something. They emailed back a quote within a day; I phoned up and booked it in. They didn't offer a coffee, I had to ask; but despite the sign saying 50p on the broken vending machine she didn't charge me for it. The customer "lounge" is a few Top Gear style sports seats mounted on frames in the reception. They had a heater on but it was freezing. The TV had Sky playing Top Gear on Dave and free WiFi. There are local cafe's withing a couple of hundred yards. The fitting was good, they got it up in the air and went through what I wanted and he'd a large selection of tail pieces to try in the cut out.
