I'm currently doing composite body panel design for a WTCC race team. I mused with the idea of doing a carbon composite panel set for the GTV but the numbers really wouldn't add up. For example; to do the bonnet would take about £7500 worth of tooling, then each bonnet would cost between £800 - 1000 to produce, ditto the boot lid. The bumpers would be considerably more at around £10k tooling plus £1200 each. A winglet would be £3k tooling and £250 each. So you'd be looking at £5k per car set plus around £30-40k divided by the number of people wanting the bits (not a lot at those prices!).
You could just take mouldings from the existing panels to make your own tooling and do cold cure lay up which would be considerably cheaper.
