3.0 V6 Aux Belt Idler - Stripped Bolt Head!

As per the title I have found today that the noisy aux belt idler has a ruined head to the allen key bolt that holds it on! Does anyone have any advice on how it could be removed and replaced?

I have thought of hammering a slightly large torx bit into the existing hole but thought it worth asking on here to see if anyone has any genius solutions.

I took a video of the idlers being spun by hand, unfortunately i cannot upload it on here. It is clear to me that the ilder in question is causing the slight whine as when spun by hand its very rough / gritty sounding.

I am tempted to get Autolusso to replace all the ilders / tensioner on Friday when its in for an oil service... Getting lazy in my old age and appreciate specialists doing the job properly
