If you lowered by <30mm then the standard damper will be okay. It won't have any bearing on this problem.
More extreme lowering would suit a damper with a shorter rod, as effectively what you're doing now is moving the damper piston to a startpoint that is half-way along it's intended travel. The damping characteristics of the damper may be different at that position than if the rod was fully extended (as with the longer springs).
The standard tyre pressures should work the same for your new tyres too... If your pressures were too low or too high you'd get wear on *both* shoulders or the inside of the tread respectively. It's about 42PSI here (2.6 bar?)?
I wouldn't worry about subframes until yours need replacing. It's blinkin' dear and won't solve your problem right now. You need to look at the bushes.. try P/flex (I'm sure EBSpares or someone can post to ZA) and if you can find them, use the revised links kit that restore the suspension camber to original spec.
