I've got a set just being refurbished and will be on eBay next week. I put them on a gtv I'm breaking(just to see what there like) and they looked ace

You can bet your house that the off set is 40.5 instead of the 30.5 that the gtv/spider have.

They are 156 wheels, so will be ET40.5mm offset.
So yes they will need spacers on a GTV/Spider.
As usual, 15mm spacers will mean you can also reuse your original long GTV/Spider wheel bolts.
