Indeed it is, I went to see it yesterday, seriously tempted, but after sleeping on it, I realised a 5th car on the drive will only get me into trouble! My impression of it was of a very sound car structurally and mechanically, and one that has been maintained. Only down side is the peeling lacquer on the roof and a small parking dent on the pax door, but that is fixable and will leave you with a very nice car. Interior was good, the drivers seat bolster just needs a bit of hide food, to deal with the usual scuffing but there were no tears evident. By comparison to my previous phase 1 which had 20k more miles, this one seems nice and tight and very quiet in the cabin. The thrust bearing didn't seem that noisey to me. Underneath and engine bay was very clean, brakes and running gear looked in good order with no bush wear or disc scoring evident, brake pads had plenty of meat on them, all backing up the low mileage. This really is a bargain GTV, wish I'd seen it 18 months ago!
