Go 19's, 215/35 or 225/35 but try and get either Bilstein shocks with the lowered springs you already bought, as the Bilsteins will try and retain some comfort while being developed for lowered springs to retain some sense of driving pleasure other than looks. If not Bilsteins, go with Novitec 2 coilovers, they can go low on your wheel, which will look right and they still retain the driving you require, even if the GTV is used only on weekends.
Learn one thing, never ever on a forum ask for opinions, because its just a chance for some people to air comments that have nothing to do with what you want, lol.
It would have been great if you scored those tyres, but the good thing is you can sell them on and get propper 225/35's and then invest in some proper shocks as the ones you show in the pic are tired, no disrespect though.
