gtv horn broken -any advice

I left my 2000 gtv 2.0 ts in for its NCT (the Irish equivilent of the MOT) and the second hand dealer I got it from was to fix everything to make sure it passed the NCT as it was up when I bought it. The horn not working is an automatic fail and they cant fix it themelves so have sent it to a specialist who has had it since Monday. Does anyone know if its a major issue and am I likely to ahve my car back soon, I have a terrible 1lt Rover 200 as a replacement car and its drving me mad.

Well, it depends why is not working, it could be the relay or a fuse that has blown, which will be easy to fix, but there again it could be the horn itself which is broken, whihc will be expensive.
