For the fan, first thing I'd suspect is the speed controller. This is a solid state device on the P2/P3 but that doesn't rule out a fault in the device.
With the car stationary and the ignition on 'MAR' turn the fan speed controller to one of the non 'Auto' speeds. Assuming the fan doesn't come to life, earth the fan from the ORANGE wire ( using a reasonbly thick piece of wire ). Do not try and earth the Pink wire - you will blow the engine bay fuse.
If the fan comes to life, you either have an earthing problem or a speed controller failure. Earth the black wire at the speed controller to check for a bad earth.
In respect to the warning lights, have you checked the brake fluid level?
If the fluid is low check -
1. Brake pad wear ( all 8 pads )
2. For any hydraulic fluid on top of the gearbox.
