The fixed lambda readings quoted here puzzle me. When I connect using MultiECUScan and plot a graph, I can see the lambda output cycling from low to high to low, which is what should be happening as the engine management keeps the mixture at around the correct ratio. If you connect and find the same, then I don't think you don't need a new lambda sensor.
If it's stuck at the lean reading, it suggests an air leak into the rubber pipe (or similar). If it's stuck rich, then maybe a plug or coil is misfiring.
