It would seem to be a late JTS engine, this is a good thing as early ones were prone to coking up, Alfa changed the inlet cams for the later ones. Price seems good to me for such a low mileage, gear lever knob & pedal rubbers show little wear so mileage is probably genuine. Belts done only 4K ago which is good, but remember that with such low mileage they might be near or past the 3 year recommended change, don't take any risks with the timing belts.
I would recommend getting the VIN number and running it through eper to ensure it is a late example and not just spent a long time waiting for a buyer, and ask when the belts were done.
I don't think those are Alfa wheels, they are not the original 16" ones anyway.
