I was looking on mobile.de for Atoll blue 3.0 V6 12V spiders.
If you look on there at the moment there's a Victoria blue and tan leather one for 20,000 Euros.
There's also a blue phase 1 with the Momo Anne Summers handbrake lever embellishment for 9,000 Euros. I'm not sure if it's that one or another I saw a couple of months ago that was cheaper.
It's hard to beat a Ph1 V6 GTV even with the smaller flat faced alloys though from some angles, or perhaps it's the photos, they can look a bit tall and narrow. I'm not sure why I find the '3.0 V6' badging so much more appealing that the '3.0 V6 24V' ones. Sometimes less is more? Thinking about it, perhaps they didn't have those longer, more spangly badges made up when the Ph1 V6 came to the UK for the Phase 1s so they just used the existing badging?
The Momo ribbed leather looks great, but functionality wise seems standard seats may be more effective.
Some cars are right the first time around and facelifting or revamping them is like messing with perfection. Stop, leave it, it works. But marketing and the need for customers to buy the latest model, or at least see some outward change so the world and their neighbours know they have the latest model, the chrome tail light fanciness on the last Mondeo but one would be a case in point.
