Yes, make sure the cambelt and tensioner are changed every 3 years.
Change the oil and filter regularly (every 6000 miles is plenty.. you can go to 12,000 if that's once a year AND you use quality oil). Check the oil level every week or two.. some T/Sparks like a drop and a low oil level causes problems.
Keep on top of preventative maintenance rather than waiting for things to break.
Rear calipers are not that great (take the pads out, clean up the pistons and discs, then re-fit with copper grease on the back of the pad plates)
Handbrake cables let water in once the rubber teat on the end persishes. Take them off and drain the water out.. then grease and re-fit (though new ones aren't too dear)
916's (your car) wears out the rear sub-frame bushes and that causes wear on the subframe if you don't fix it pronto. Bushes - use polyurethane replacements. A new subframe is £400 if you can find one.. so don't mess about.
Other than that... usual kind of car stuff. Things wear out and fall off.. but it's generally pretty tough.
No bullets for Chaingun..
