So guys, I have took a list of pictures and sounds as well as a video of my lock not being able to sit properly

Video of the problem on the passanger door lock: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQSxZ...ature=youtu.be
If you can tell me how these problems can be fixed/ what I should be expecting price wise to have it fixed. I am planning to take the car into the dealer for a cambelt change maybe next week or 2. But I am actually affaird of driving the car as it doesn't sound healthy! I have uploaded an audio of the car. The first part is when I'm sitting inside the car, I can hear as though some fluid is getting circulated around the front end. Its quite audible although I wouldn't say loud. It doesn't sound normal as I haven't heard these types of sounds in any car I've ever sat/ driven. The 2nd part of the audio is recorded from the outside of the car. The car as you guys know has a stiff gearstick. I have tried putting some lube in but it doesn't help. I am guessing the bushes might need to be changed. I have taken a picture of what I think is the bush but it looks OK to me. Anyway, as I was saying, the 2nd part of the audio is when I am engaging first gear and then reversing. The sound is quite loud from outside. It sounds like the gears are not meshing properly but I know the gear is fully engaged. It almost sounds like there isn't enough lube going between the gears. Almost sounds like the gear is crunching. Only happens when accelerating. There is no sound when the car is ideal and getting revved.
I have taken a picture of the radiator coolant reservoir. As you can see, it does look sludgy but when I put the screwdriver and mix the liquid around, its quite runny, just like a normal coolant. Bearing in mind that the car hasn't been driven for over 1 year and the temperature seems pretty stable when idealing, I'm guessing it might not be a major problem.
The other picture is of course the power steering fluid. Does that look normal? I think I need to top it up slightly.
The last picture is that I want to buy replacement screws. A lot of these screws are very worn and corroded. They need replacing and I am looking to buy a set as I will most likely be stripping a couple. If you can point me into the right direction, I'd be greatful
