advice on gtv potential sell up / keep fix up

Hi All,

So the GTV has been in a rented garage without having run for 2 years. It was a daily runner for 3yrs that several jobs came up all at once and so went off the road, i got a motorbike and its not come out since due finances etc.

Its a silver S-reg v6 lusso, 130,000miles

Jobs that needed doing when i tucked it away:

Cambelt due for a change
downpipe blowing - replacement needed
rear susp squeak (was going to powerflex all rear to just get it done)
middle box blowing - replacement needed
clipped a wall so rear quarter is creased in where it meets rear bumper.
driver seat bolster giving away a little - the typical wear.

good bits
17in Ti alloys - look amazing (though found out 2 genuine and 2 'non-genuine'. spare 'non-genuine' in the shed.
autodelta straight throught stainless rear section.
Pipercross (think) induction filter
set of front discs and pads somewhere ready to go on been in shed for 2 years.
v6 decat pipe given by previous owner but still in shed.

The dilemma - its costing me ~40 quid a month to keep it in the garage, apart from that no costs, would love to keep and get around to fixing up BUT i've seen a nice new spider that i want. Do i sell in it's current state and if so what might it realistically be worth? - i admittedly have slipped behind on the GTV market - kind of hoping the v6 market atleast starts to pick up on prices as they become more rare?

Anyone here have an interest in a project and care to offer some deposit money for my spider?? or do i keep it, sort it and get more value that way?
