New front and rear discs £120 from MTEC, seriously easy to change yourself. Pads about £40, an absolute breeze to change. The engine intake ducting will be very cheap and plenty of people on this forum will sell it to you and it is EXTREMELY easy to change. Just buy a load of jubilee clips and you will be sorted. Exhaust centre section, alright, pay someone to do that, it will be a right pain.
Rear suspension, yes, this could be a bit tricky, a buddy of mine and I sorted out mine with a few hours hard effort but provided you don't mind taking the car off the road for a weekend or two while you do it, no probs.
The piece of mind service was a rip off, honestly, the Thermostat should have been no more than £100 to sort, part and labour, and I did mine myself and it really was EASY PEASY! So the oil and filter change at £200 is a total swizz, I would not entrust them to do the Auxiliary belt at all.
Unless you have SOLID proof the cambelt is not due, meaning it was done in the last 30k get this done immediately. The rest can be done as and when bits fail an MOT. You will be stunned how bad the brakes can be and still get through!!!!
