Hmmm, which is best?
My Spider lived indoors all its life before I became the owner. In order to maintain that kind of life, I had to rent a lockup close to home. Trouble is, while is was fine in last year's dry winter, this year the lockup has got a bit damp.
So, my question is, am I better to keep it in the lockup (with no power or light), or buy a waterproof cover to fit on top of the existing cover and leave it it the drive at home?
Benefits of the lockup are that it's indoors and safe, benefits of the covered approach are that it's in view, I can keep the battery charged and I can go out and stroke it regularly at weekends. Downside is that it's outdoors for the rest of the winter.
The other downside to the latter is having to displace the 'proper' car to the side of the road.
