Ok, the hex bolt will shear. Try and shear it with enough of it sticking out. Then soak the whole abs sensor enclosure overnight (and upside down) in Plus Gas OR even better or Metal Rescue (which does work amazingly!) then Plus Gas.
Get a screw driver and a rubber mallet (and a piece of rubber). You can TRY and hit the sensor from the pick-up side, trying to hit the plastic (and not the metal bit). If you try and pull it from the top the plastic will just shear off. This way you may have a chance of getting the sensor out without breaking....however this is quite a small chance.
You then have to drill the bolt out and try to re-tap. One nice surprise for my V6 is that my 145 qv from 1996 had the same abs sensor....so a cheap source was to get a spare 145 hub that I had
lying around (you can then angle grid the abs sensor enclosure).
Another source was mister-auto.co.uk - with their 35% discount i got an original Bosch sensor for less than 40quid which i thought was a bargain!
