When you say your battery goes flat after three days... are you using the car, or leaving it standing.
If you're using the car, then the alternator or the battery (or both) are not in good shape... and I'd go with alternator as the chief suspect, since a good alternator should be able to keep the battery charged even with a current drain (after market head unit).
If you're not using the car then you either have a severe current drain or the battery is not holding the charge (in which case the battery would be the suspect).
Disconnect the battery and charge it up.. leave it a few days and then re-connect it to the car.. .and see if it starts the car. If the battery has gone flat while not connected to anything, then the battery is the problem.
