Here's one:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alfa-Romeo...-/161926079390

Fit the ECU and yellow code box, swap the chip from the supplied brown master key to your master key and then re-program your other keys:

1st switch on (to mar, without starting) with the master key (after replacing the chip) and then off. You can then program the old keys one by one by using each to switch on/off (within 10 seconds)

Edit: oooops, I've just noticed that the ECU on ebay does not have the brown master key, so the reprogramming above will not work.... sorry

Hi

Why don't you give Autolusso Bournmouth a call? the eBay description specifically states it's for a CF3 V6 3.0 24v but they also say picture is a CF2 ecu, also ask if they have the brown master key

PS Autolusso are a very well respected Alfa specialist who post on this forum

I have no connection to Autolusso
