Mechanical Reurb Alfa Spider P1

My car is due a mechanical refurbishment and i intend doing a photographic how to of the jobs to be done including cambelt, Balance Belt & Aux Belt idler and pulley changes. Drive shaft replacement drivers side as it has gotten really bad, oil change and filter change and whatever else i might need to do?

I know these have all already been covered many times just though id add my experience to the database.

First off, and as a direct result of MitchGTV's great result with his camcover i decided that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery and copied his how to but found my haulfrawds Silver more gunmetal but i like it. So, degrease and thoroughly clean using wire brush on drill. remember that prep is 95% of any job and the more prep you do the better the job will be and spend approx 10 pounds on Hammerite smooth Silver and approx 8 pounds on Bright red paint for lettering and 2 pounds on fine paintbrush for lettering and this is the result. Im quite chuffed .... cheers Mitch.
