If the parts make good money on the programme anyone with parts for sale will increase their prices.
Everyday breakers (rather than the specialists) will also start sniffing around buying these up and ask the prices they see on the programme.
At least with the specialists they know the cars and are better able to judge the quality of the components. You don't get that with the routine big breakers. You just get, "take it or leave it mate."
No I don't think this is good news. Hopefully, as you point out, it won't have an impact but there is a real possibility that it will.
