So how does the GTV compare to the Brera then? Must be like going back to basics in terms of comfort/ride quality?
I must admit I had a 'what have I done' moment when I set off home after picking the GTV up.
Obviously the Brera was streets ahead in refinement and comfort inside, and the styling outside was equally stunning. The performance and ride of the Brera S was perfectly adequate, and it was quick but it never felt as quick as the GTV.
My GTV has had a lot of work done* and it handles like a cart. The ride is firm, but practically every suspension component has been changed in the last 10k so it feels very tight and grips like hell, no knocks or noise at all. I do miss the traction control of the brera in this weather though.
The sound of Busso is addictive too. (I have a autodelta rear pipe with one silencer removed)
I will miss the Brera and covert any I see on the road but this deal has allowed me to put 9k in the bank which softens the blow. The GTV offers huge value for money
