GTV Rear Seat Removal: MOT legaility

I was thinking of getting a TS GTV as a run around when I dont need to use 3.2 Q4.
I know the 916 series quite well having had a spider (transformed into a 2 seat GTV at Autodelta)
- see piccie

What I was thinking of was transforming the interior by removing the rear seats and assocaited seatbelts and using that space for something else.

Question is - what is the MOT legaility of this?
I used to remove the rear seats on my old Bravo HGT but replace for MOT.
I was thinking of a more permanent transformation so the GTV would become a two seater!

My GTV recently passed its MOT with only a drivers seat.

One of the advisories was: 'Passenger seat(s) removed', or similar...

But have no fear, your car will pass.

Cheers, Baggers.

It shouldn't be a problem, if they're not fitted then they cannot be used therefore cannot fail an MoT. With rear seats, i always leave my kids car seats in the mrs's MPV and it always comes back with "unable to test rear seat belts due to child seat being fitted" but it is still passed.
