2.0TS spider 1999 breaking ??

I have a sliver 2.0TS lussio spider 1999, she has done 110,000miles. I was looking at restoring her but i have now got a second car and time+money will make this no longer possible. So i am looking at selling her as she is or possibley breaking her for parts.

She is moted till \jan and drives fine (new clutch was fitted 5000miles ago)
paint on bonnet + boot is scratched up (bad respray before i bought her )
hood works fine BUT passenger side ram leaks and there is a 1 inch cut at front of hood but this is sealed from in side and has never leaked.
power steering pump (i think) squeals pully??
she needs new pads on front
rad is very rusty at bottem and did leak but had rad seal put in and is ok for now.
also been told a new exhaust will be needed for next mot.

will upload some pics asap as soon as it stops raining
the car is on the isle of wight and i am looking for 450 for car or break her for parts if not.

Hey Tiggy, Are you still thinking about breaking? I'm trying to track down a powerflexed rear end, especially after the two rear lower track control arms aka 'dog legs'.
