How to guide , fit a new slave cylinder prt 2

undo the union brake pipe nut, expect loss of brake fluid. and fix new slave and nip up brake pipe
now the difficult bit, push slave rod agaist the operating arm and locate 2 bolts that hold slave in position, swear alot and locate one hole with screw driver and get one bolt in other hole not easy. i found it easer to not attach the black bracket that hold the wiring loom. once both bolts are tighten up and slave fixed securely. i cut off one corner of the black bracket enabling it to be secured with one nut. if you take out both nuts you won't be able to get it back in. now bleed the slave and job done,

I gravity bleed the slave first, ie remove resevoir cap fill up, remove the bleed nipple and leave for 30 mins untill you see fluid at the hole, then do a final suction bleed . i used a large syringe and silicon tube, its actually air pipe for tropical fish, seem to work well.
the pedal seems fine. but not much if any lighter. so one day i'll be removing the gear box. more f words.
