Looking at your earlier posts it's a P2 V6. That narrows the options a bit!
First thing to check is the hazard fuse. This isn't the same fuse as for the indicators ( whicjh we know work OK ).
You're looking for fuse F1. On the main fusebox, you have a column of three relays on the left above which are three fuses. The top fuse is F1 and it should be rated 10 Amp.
The bad news is that this fuse is not shared with anything other than the integrated telephone ( if you have one ).
I'm wondering if the previous owner robbed the fuse when trying to get the radio to work? Maybe the fog light fuse too? The fog lamp relay fuse is the bottom one of the three fuses ( just above the relays ).
The fuse box, by the way, is to the left of the steering column. Undo the access panel ( three slotted catches ), pull the release lever and the fusebox will hinge down.
So, first of all, check the fuses ( as above ) both for being there and not blown.
