Thank you all very much for the very constructive comments. Helped a lot. General consensus seems that buyers would want it standard.
A couple of interesting specific points too,
as no mention has been made that the front wishbones and rear bushes have been done then they will need doing).
£3k is about right - especially with those wheels and in, I believe, Lightening Blue - the colour of my Spider - which looks fantastic in muted sunlight as your pictures show.
yeah, I was told last month that the rear bushes probably have less than a year left in them, so thats very true.
the car is actually black, but in some ways the bodywork is too shiny (i handwash and polish it regularly with premium products) and in sun the photos do kinda make it look Blue'ish, youre right.. Maybe thats something I can change - the photos - when I advertise it again.
In terms of original stuff, only needs new door cards i guess. Everything else I took ages to design in a way so that it is fixed with nuts and bolts into exiting holes in the car and once unscrewed, comes out to leave the car as was (standard). (even the original boot carpet and everything is there underneath, unmolested.
As I am moving in less than 2-3 weeks I've decided on a new plan. I think I will take it with me to Bristol, find a garage to rent for a few months, carefully remove all the ICE on the Sundays, re-wire the standard clairon crap system back in, find new door cards in the meantime, and then re-advertise the car and sell the sub enclosure and door pods to chaps on the forum. I have 4 months insurance to run so I might as well use it.
Thank you everyone.. very much..
