GTV AC short circuit?

Hi I just bought my first Alfa its a GTV 1999 model 2L t.spark in Malta. Gave a lift the other day to someone and they dropped a coin in my cigarette lighter socket while car was on. It started sparking so i switched the car off straight away and took it out. The next day i went to use the AC and has stopped working! the fan too. Is the fuse to the cigarette lighter connected to the AC fuse too?

Fuse F13 in the main fuse box ( 20 Amp ) is for the Cigar lighter and the climate control ecu. The climate control fan ( heater fan ) is on a separate fuse but if the climate ecu isn't working, the fan speed controller won't be getting any speed information so the fan, even with it's intact fuse, won't work either.

So, just go to the main fuse box beside the steering column with a 20A fuse and change F13. All will be well again.
