Hi EauRouge, I know that the Siena's are popular wheels but in Holland you see them quite often... Plus these wheels were 17" and I want 18" (not Siena) so I sold them!
I already 'knew' Turbonutters, have read a lot of his posts
and I've read the project topic of NineOneSix
I can learn a lot from them!
So therefore; thank you very much for your usefull post Turbonutters!
Yesterday I had contact with the company that's revising the engine. They told me they have to drill a hole in the engine to block the oil feed and close the hole again... An expensive and difficult job, they told me!
I think I'll have to do it by myself but if it's realy that difficult, it would be better to leave the shafts in place and fit the belt...
About CR and detonation: The revision of the cylinder head went 'wrong', they've removed to much material. The result is that the CR is to high so I have to look for a thicker head gasket (custom made) or compression plate
The valves are almost at the same level as the bottom end of the cyl.head.
Hopefully it's still posible to get the piston crown 1mm from the head (or at least 0,7mm / max. 1,5mm as you said)
I can't find the 1,5mm jets you mentioned... Maybe I can produce them myself
Intercooler will fit like the Novitec kit as on this Spider: http://i1251.photobucket.com/albums/...718_184420.jpg
