Hmmm Down on power

Hi guys
Please help . Sized the engine on my p2 v6 in January
So I bought a wright off p3 with 20000 miles
I striped the engine of all p3 parts and
I changed all sensors to p2 and at the same time
Fitted gta clutch and fly wheel and piper filter .
Fitted the engine and it started first time
But I noticed it was a little down on power and
It only revs to 6000 rpm so I fitted a race cat and that
Made some difference so today I had in put on a computer
And it showed no faults so I'm now LOST im thinking crank
Sensor its also Heavey on petrol thanks Andrew

I'd throw the piper filter away....

Apart from that, did you fit a new cambelt before fitting, if so, was it dome with the proper camlocks...if a cam is a tooth out that would easily lose you some power...

Crank sensors tend to either work or won't affect how the engine runs....

Maybe worth unplugging the MAF to see if that makes any difference?
