On twin spark a piece of cake! Ramps would be useful tho'. Ordinary socket for the sump plug and filter wrench. Advise to torque plug on tightening, use 16 ftlbs no more, and use a fresh Dowty or copper washer. p.s. I'm in Croydon if you need assistance.
I changed the oil in my GTV a couple of weeks ago and found that the sump plug required a large alan key. I also recommend the ramps as all I had was a trolley jack under one wheel and it was a bit of a squeeze. The hardest part was refitting the plastic tray- though I'm sure it would be a lot easier with a little assistance.
On checking I must have been thinking about my daughter's car , my twin spark needs allen key! I have a set of keys that fit ordinary sockets. Torque setting is correct tho'. V6 torque is much higher. ::
