Any mechanic that speaks about a belt being ok or might last longer is talking pure bull****, timing belts go without warning, they may look fine, but only way to inspect a belt is take it off, you cant check a belt while is on, so pritty pointless checking one just get it done. ive done mine every year regardless of what its done mileage wise, suppose doing it myself saves on the cash but still if in doubt change it, and if the garage go ooo its a big job be pricey walk out, TS belts are a doddle to change, i think the worst part is taking the plug leads/coils off...
Rear suspentions arms, people charge stupid amounts to poly bush these, a press, 4 bolts each side hours labour + parts at the most
Brakes, you should manage fronts yourself, you will need wined back tool for rears, as the screw in with pressure applied at same time, not one or other.
Garret T3 Turbo (0.6bar)
Front Mount Intercooler
40mm lower fully polybushed
Full custom stainless with twin ally bike cans.
