This is a ph1 appreciation thread, you don't see too many good 1s on the road any more !!

Here is the place to see them.

Plus it give us ph1 owners a chance to show off our cars

Never seen this thread before! Hopefully attached a pic of my Verde Acido P1 Spider. Personal preferences, but I have fitted a P2 grille, 156 alloys (now with 10mm spacers) and now a Momo leather interior. I have also had the central console painted silver.

Personal preferences! I prefer the P2 grille to the plastic P1 item and wanted to brighten up the rather dark interior and get rid of the stick black coating on the central console. The Momo leather was an option on the P1.
The colour is a bit of a Marmite colour, but I love it!

Um, I think mine's a phase 1 1/4. Made early '98, body coloured sills, Ph2 grill, but old air con and black centre console. Don't know if somebody has updated a Ph1, or Alfa were halfway through deciding what to change when they made it...

Oh, and when I stopped to fill it up last night, the guy at Shell said "So. That Alfa. It's not REALLY an R-reg IS it."

Looks like it's been phase 2'd Mine's an AUG '98 and still has all of the PH1 bits, apart from the steering wheel which I think is a PH1 1/2 feature.

Great looking motor though

Surprised it was in such beautiful condition despite it's age . They are rather good I feel

I think folk reckon I have a private plate and my name is Victor Wayne Rogers (plate ends in VWR)

Thanks guys. I think the photo helps. She shows her age close up, and I'd quite like a set of 17" teles, but I haven't got any spare rocking horse poo to trade at the moment.
I don't think the GTA rims look dodgy though. Nice touch

I like the GTA wheels. My Spider is also showing its age and could do with a respray and 17inch wheels would be great, but my cash is short too! Photos always seem to look better!!

Doesn't look like an M-reg. Very nice. And I've always loved split 5 spoke wheels. It would be a toss up between teles and those if I had cash and a choice. Really adds to the 'baby Ferrari' feel.
