Phase 1 GTV TS

Finally finished by interior colour change project this weekend, from 50 shades of grey to the red room of pain! Excuse the crappy mats but they are my winter ones!

Greetings from Vancouver, BC, Canada. Found this gem in Japan, AND it is a LHD! with 46,000 original KM. So far, I had the following done:
Refinish the black leather seats to remove some cracking.
New rubber all around
custom stainless steel exhaust (from headers to tail, no cat and just one sound box) yes...it sounds awesome
new timing belt, water pump and all pulleys
new thermostat
Personal steering wheel (colour coordinated)
new steering fluid hose
new temp sensors and fan relays
new wiper motor and wiper blades
new brake rotors (cross-drilled) and pads (to be installed)
new overflow tank (to be installed)
...the list goes on.

It is one of hand full of 3.0 V6 24V in Canada.

First wash

Gave the spider its first wash today in 2017. As the car is stored outside under a full cover the only thing to do was to remove a bit of white mold on the roof liner and seat belt straps. Cleaned with white vinegar to remove and all is well.

Going to Halfords to stock up on a few cleaning items and take it for a run to check everything is running ok.

GTV 3.0 V6

I have these blue leather seats in my ph1 Spider, which look slighlty differrent to any other Spider/GTV seats that I've seen. The padding is also lot firmer compared to the Momo seats in my GTV V6. Does anyone else have these seats in their Spider?
