Yes, it's just the 4 fasteners that attach the condenser to the car's rad. The AC pipes again just undo the bolts and pull the pipe ends off the condenser. Be gentle, you don't want to damage the rubber O rings.
You may also want to take the opportunity to change the receiver /drier at the same time. It contains silica gel and is supposed to absorb any moisture in the system. They're supposed to be a service item and as you're going to be undoing pipes you'll only get even more moisture in. Moisture is bad because the PAG oil in the compressor is hygroscopic. You can get a receiver/drier from somewhere like Wanapart for about £15 ( IIRC ). It lives in front of the left wheel right by the car's air filter.
However, I'd be tempted to get the system leak tested before you do anything as there are plenty of other components that may be the cause of the leak.
