Oil change alfa gtv

hey guys i'm planning to hve go at changing my oil and spark plugs next week how much oil do i need to put back in a 2 ltr twiny? trying to get the car all up together in time for summer!

Most twin sparks hold around 4.5 L of oil, I will recommend this oil and also to use some of this for the hydraulic lifters.

Last change I did I stuffed in some Triple QX 5w40 fully synth from Eurocarparts taking advantage of their 25% off. It came to something like £16 which is a cracking price. Not sure if the 25% thing is running at the moment though.
