Wishbones and bushes 99 3.0 GTV

Hi all, I'm looking to resolve the 'looseness' I feel when driving around. The wheels tend to drop at the smallest of bump on the road. The car does not feel tight at all. I've had the front wishbones previously replaced on my 156 and that made a huge difference to the car. I'm sure if the suspension needed replacing it would be quite obvious, but would appreciate any tips on this anyway.

My question was whether I can get away with replacing only the bushes or would I need the whole wishbone part put in? Am I right that the squeaks and looseness experienced could be resolved by replacement of wishbones and or bushes only or if it could be caused by something else. In which case, what are all the different parts I would need to consider? Thanks in advance for the help.
