As it's the furthest from the ECU, I'd start with the cam sensor.
This should be the blue connector at the driver's side end of the plenum - near the engine steady bar.
Seperate the two halves of the connector. On the car side there will be three contacts. If the wires are visible, they'll be coloured Grey-Red, Green and Blue.
On the connector somewhere will be tiny moulded numbers. First thing to do is check that pin 3 is connected to ground. So a continuity check from pin 3 to to the car's body or a metal part of the engine should give zero resistance.
Do the same for the other two pins. If you get zero resistance again, you probably have a short circuit to earth somewhere.
Turn on the ignition ( don't try starting it ) and measure the voltage at pin 1. It should be 5V. If you don't measure 5V, there is either a fault with the ECU or with the wiring which we'll confirm later. Switch off the ignition.
Let me know if that is clear and then I'll get more tests written up for the other sensors.
