Similar scene at my wheel alignment - technician said "can't adjust, the bolts are not eccentrically-mounted (like they would be on 156)". I said, there's a tie-rod up there in front of the wheel, you can see it from this other angle... and he said "oh... FUN!"
As already said, it's only the toe that really matters. The camber just gives stability and cool looks (makes a mockery of the brochures claims "new suspension to keep wheels perfectly flush with the lines of the car")...
