Polybush, any experience??
I am currently fitting Polybush (not Superflex) to the rear of my GTV. The part number 24J, the inner rear arm (shock arm) has the orange mouldings and the metal tubes. The tubes are easily 2mm smaller in diameter than the inner radius of the mouldings. Mouldings fit the arm nice and tight.
To my mind the tubes should be a good tight fit like the rest of the set (spring arm, shock, etc). I am talking to Gazella (supplier) and Polybush and they have sent out a replacement set of tubes, these are the same as the ill-fitting set.
(1) any experience, is this correct
(2) anyone else, check your fit on inner swinging arm part. I am not happy fitting these until know they are correct.
Would appreciate any comments from other who have used Polybush 24Js.
Also plan to talk to Polybush tomorrow so will update.
Made the Polybush choice as they appear to be more industrial biased and work with a lot of bus and off-road/sport stuff and have a range of resilience grades on offer.
