When the cambelt was replaced the idle bearing, tensioner bearing, timing belt and balance belt were also replaced. A short while later the fan belt, auxiliary bearing and stretch bearing were also replaced.
So the variator and water pump are still original from when the car was new in 1998.
Anybody have idea approximately how much a water pump and variator are? And labourwise how much on top of replacing the cambelts/other belts it would cost to replace these 2 items?
