I can offer a comment on comparing the two Spider variants. I had for 3 weeks a Spider JTDm whilst the GT I used to own was having the seams on the boot welded (long story). Both cars look fantastic. The new Spider felt very solid and there are obvious improvements in build quality and materials used. The diesel was very refined and quiet even with the roof down. However, the car was very heavy so it did not feel as fun to drive as my old Spider and I found the steering quite numb. I also hated the seats which to be honest are no better support wise than the old Spider seats and they also gave me a numb backside after 100 miles are driving forcing you to get out of the car. I did not have the nicer seats of the SV version though.
The Blue and Me system used to randomly dial number and only listen to my wife, which is typically Italian.
Overall it is down to personal taste. You need to drive one to make your mind up. I like my old Spider because it is a bit eccentric and looks fantastic. Not sure if I would trust it as a daily commute car. New Spider or Brera I think will last a lot longer because the build quality seemed so much better and I would happily drive daily. My daily drive is and Audi TT diesel, but that is mainly due to there being no main dealers to buy a new Alfa from anywhere near me!
I am sure Autolusso will service whatever Alfa comes there way!
