I'd guess the rear dampers have the same compression damping as the front but they sound like they probably have too much rebound. I don't know if Koni have tuned them for a heavy rear end (carrying luggage).
You can stuff a heavy weight in the boot and see what that feels like. If it feels better balanced, then you need to reduce the rebound damping somehow... but that's usually a damper valving attribute.
You could fit an anti-roll bar. That would make the car slightly more under-steery (feeling more stable at the back) which is probably the feeling you want. Anything else would involve swapping metal bits (expensive).
