Brainpower required please

Hi to all just had a set of 17x7.5j zenders refurbed and now looking for some rubber to put on them. The wheels are 210mm wide and from the inner rim edge to the bolt up face is 130mm so im taking the rims are 25mm offset ?
I am looking at fitting 235x40x17.
But as usual I have sent myself mad trying to work out if they will fit in as I am also fitting a Fk silverline x coilover kit all round.
Any helpful comment would be welcomed please
Regards to all

Your et sounds correct and I've got 225/45R17 on mine. I think 235 is probably the widest you can get away with on 7.5j.

Mine rub a tad and mine are et29 also using fk coilovers, same units but not the stainless silver line version. Just kunigsports.

Mine rub on full lock while doing manoeuvres, normal driving no rubbing at all.

255 40s fit, only had them on the rears though. Apparently the car, Gold Cup, had them fitted by the factory from new & the owner(s) kept it like that throughout it's life.

With an ET of 25 you shouldn't have any clearance problems, even with coilovers, as you're already 5.5mm further out. I'd probably stick with 225 45s.
