Goodyear Eagle F1 oversteer/understeer
I recently purchased some Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tyres, 205/50/16 for my spider.
I am located in Australia, and have found that they are not as grippy as I thought they would be, especially depending on my driving style, if I brake too late into a corner it oversteers/understeers quite considerably.
Also, in the wet they seem to lose traction, especially when driving over white lines on the road. I've had my wheel alignment checked - all ok, tyres pressures are correct.
The tyres are made in Thailand, as there was a problem with Goodyear getting tyres from Germany, I have been incontact with the Goodyear engineers, they may be coming to investigate my tyres.
Has anyone experienced any issues with these tyres before?
My driving style is the same, I previously had Pirelli P-Zeros which were considerably worn, but even driving it hard around corners they still seemed to have more grip than the Goodyears.
