you haven't sold a car in this country have you?
1, listing your car in the wrong section gets the auction pulled by ebay - you still get charged the fees.
2, thanks to all of the motoring programs on the TV stressing how important documentation is you will struggle to sell a Reliant Robin without service history and details of what has been spent on it
3, the photos stuff I agree about but the rest just makes you look like a second rate time share salesman
4, buyers in this country are a little more well informed and 99% of them will know what they are looking for
5, over the years, I have sold twenty or thirty cars on ebay, all for the asking price and all within a few days of the listing going live without having to resort to these kind of tactics, so if you don't mind. L'll say 'thanks but no thanks'
6, The mistake I made with this car was advertising it here first - I thought that the numerous private messages I have received in the past from people saying 'if you ever decide to sell please let me have first refusal' actually meant they might be interested in buying the car so I gave them the chance - turns out I was wrong
The car will be on ebay tomorrow, if it doesn't sell, well maybe I'll keep it after all.
